We act solely as the destination management provider and will not actively market our services directly to those clients.

We are pleased to support travel advisors through confidential net pricing arrangements. Advisors remain the primary client contact while we provide expert destination management and operational support throughout the client’s journey.
For agency partners who prefer a traditional commission structure, commissionable gross rates may be offered on eligible services.
Under this arrangement:
Commissionable rates may be offered to agency partners upon request and on eligible services. Applicable commission levels will be communicated and confirmed prior to booking.
Some agencies prefer to introduce clients requiring destination expertise without remaining involved in itinerary planning and operational management. We will provide professional service to the referred traveler while honoring any agreed upon referral terms.

No referral commission shall be due for cancelled bookings, partially refunded bookings, disputed transactions, chargebacks, or bookings for which payment has not been received in full.
Referral commission levels vary depending on the nature and scope of the booking and will be confirmed prior to travel. Eligible referral commissions are processed within thirty (30) days.
